I do sell large items in advance, so if you want a piano, a grandfather clock or the vehicles, please call me. But I no longer allow buyers to shop early. If you happen to buy the car, well of course you can stay and shop!
I never ask my buyers to wait in line, and I offer water and shopping baskets to buyers. I always have a restroom available for your use. I supply bags and paper for you to securely wrap your new fabulous finds. I would not have a successful sale without my wonderful buyers and I treat you as I want to be treated when I attend a sale. I do not mark the prices half off the last day. I accept offers and I will work with you when you are there on the first day!
CASH ONLY. I will accept a Nevada check with an Nevada Driver's License. No credit cards. All sales are final. Sold "As Is". If you have a tax ID and wish to purchase items without paying Nevada Sales Tax, please bring your own Resale Certificate.
PLEASE DO NOT bring in your own bag. I offer shopping carts that you can use instead. If you bring in a bag, I reserve the right to inspect it.

We have TWO electric fireplaces, and contemporary art on every wall. There are THREE flat screen televisions and we are offering a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier LS Coupe 2 Door with 63,073 miles. We also have a steamer for clothing, two metal shelving units, desk and return, Futon, two bedroom sets including one king and one queen and lots of things brand new and still in the box. There are holiday items for Halloween and Christmas and two bread makers. We are offering cooking equipment for buffet style serving and a deep fryer. Lots of goodies everywhere for everyone! The house is steps away from the intersection of Buffalo and Alexander, which is very close to Cheyenne and Tenaya. Stop on by!
