Nestled one block from the water in South Amityville is this picture perfect Artist's cottage, filled with wonderful things.  

There is a Danish Modern Dining Set with six chairs.  A Danish Modern Living room set with lots of extra pieces,   All at least 30/40 years old. perhaps more. 

2 Modern Philip Engle glass and chrome tables.  One a coffee table and one a side table. These were both purchased in the 1970's.

Over 100 of the artist's oil paintings, tons of quilting supplies, Loads of glass and bric/brack and kitchen items, many in sealed boxes, Full garage, tools, Many Art Books, Samsung ,

 Bose audio, sewing machine.  loads of smalls, lighting,   About 30 lp records.
