Dogwood Estate Sales

My name is Susan Morgan.  I started Dogwood Estate Sales in 2008 after many years of searching vintage and antique stores, and estate sales for collectibles, functional items, and things I could sell in my antique booths.  When my daughters were grown I was ready for a full time commitment.  After working with my mentor and her partners, who had done sales in the Nashville area for several decades, I set out on my own. Now I enjoy seeing great collectible  pieces and well made furniture, but have no need to own any of it.  I've seen what happens when one collects too much!

I love the variety of working in different homes every week and finding unusual and interesting items to research.  There is never a dull moment doing estate sales!  I'm fortunate to have a colleague with a masters in merchandising and an antique booth of her own and another who, with a partner, owned her own antique store for many years.  We also work with other friendly helpers as needed for set up or sale days. We each bring our own knowledge and strength in a variety of areas. We call on experts when needed for special appraisals.
