Sara's Estate Sales

Sara was without a doubt the most important factor in the speedy, successful sale of my house. I contacted her early on and explained how I'd liek to proceed and she was in lock step with me all the way. I boxed up the few items I intended to keep and literally left her with a house full of furniture and a lifetime of collected accessories. She and my Realtor coordinated the swap-over date and Sara nailed it. She staged the house for the estate sale, hauld off what few items remained, tidied up and handed over the keys. The house looked PERFECT in the sales photographs and sold quickly. Moving is stressful, but if you want to make it as easy and as carefree as it can get, you need Sara. Sara Matthis and her dynamic team were so organized with all of the household items — similar items grouped together, labeled and priced with a plan to keep all the customers safe during these Covid times. It was a significant amount of effort to handle in a relatively short timeframe. On opening day, people were waiting in line to get in and they were ready! Once the sale was completed, Sara handled the arrangements for discards all the while keeping me informed as the Realtor.
