Cash or debit/credit cards only!! No checks!! There is a 3% convenience charge if you pay via a debit or credit card. Anyone paying via credit/debit card must show current state issued identification, also card must be in YOUR name!! Doors open at 8 am sharp (CENTRAL TIME ZONE!!). ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY SALES! Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). Not responsible for accidents. All children MUST be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale. You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase. We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them.

Wiregrass Estate Sales is honored to have been chosen to liquidate the living estate of Cliff and Yoshiko Smith of Daleville.  The Smiths are in assisted living and have donated all of their household and garage contents to Haven of Grace Fellowship in Daleville.  We will conduct the estate sale, and the proceeds will go the Fellowship.

The Smiths met in Japan and raised 4 boys.  They later retired to Daleville.  Mr. Smith was career military (Army).  Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a great cook who loved cooking for the needy.  She was also very devoted, active and faithful member of the Fellowship. 

This estate features furniture, household items, lots of Asian items, garage items/tools, and more!
