The sale will start at 8:30 am. The sign-up sheet will be posted on the front door. You will be allowed to use your own sold stickers, but if you mark something sold, it is yours! Removing your sold sticker after marking an item sold is NOT allowed. It is your responsibility to have someone help you load your purchases. Our workers cannot help you so please do not ask them. We DO have someone available to help you load - but THEY ONLY WORK FOR TIPS! Please bring your own packing boxes.We have a few but may run out. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. ALSO, in light of a rash of uncollectible bad checks- we NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS FROM PERSONS WE DO NOT KNOW OR WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGULAR CUSTOMERS OF OURS! SORRY, but a few affect the many!!! If the credentials we request are not furnished, we cannot accept a check from you. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. We NOW OFFER VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD. We are not responsible for accidents. There are NO EARLY SALES OR PREVIEWS! .ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Living room furniture - sofa, pair of chairs, oak side by side curio cabinet; mahogany curio cabinet; dining room table, chairs and china cabinet; mahogany silver chest on legs; very nice mahogany curio cabinet (lighted) - second curio!) kitchen table and chairs; two bedroom sets including mahogany 4 post bed (queen size), dresser with mirror and chest; den sofa and chairs; second bedroom set w/bed, dresser, chests, and nightstands; antique empire card table; sewing machine; English curio cabinet; mahogany card table; patio furniture; miscellaneous pieces. Decorative accessories include mirrors, prints, lamps; lots of bric brac, fully stocked kitchen; Roseville; figurines; cups and saucers; Hummel plates and figurines; silverplate, lots of women's clothing; furs; cup and saucer collection; lots of nice linens; tremendous amount of costume jewelry - just too much to list and just started working so much more to report.
