The sale will start at 8:30 am. The sign-up sheet will be posted on the front door. IF YOU SIGN THE SIGN-UP SHEET, YOU MUST STAY ON THE PREMISES. SHOULD YOU SIGN AND LEAVE, YOUR NAME IS REMOVED FROM THE LIST AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-SIGN UPON YOUR RETURN. You will be allowed to use your own sold stickers, but if you mark something sold, it is yours! Removing your sold sticker after marking an item sold is NOT allowed. Once you mark something sold, you are obligated to purchase it. It is your responsibility to have someone help you load your purchases. Our workers cannot help you so please do not ask them. We will have a worker to help you load larger pieces of furniture - but he works for tips. Please bring your own packing boxes.We have a few but may run out. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks. We NOW OFFER VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD. All charges/debits are charged a 3% convenience fee (with no charges on items totaling $25.00 or less). We are not responsible for accidents. There are NO EARLY SALES OR PREVIEWS! .ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids are accepted the first day on items priced $100.00 or more. Bids must be at least 60% of the asking price. We are not obligated to accept any bid offered if we feel the item being bid on warrants more - so leave a legitimate bid, based on the item you are bidding on. Bids will be opened at the end of the first day and winning bidder called by 7:00 that evening. We are not responsible for accidents.

China/Crystal/Silver: Three sets of china: Noritake "Finale"; Noritake "Daryl" and "Heritage" by Winterling, Germany; crystal vases, bowls; cut glass; cranberry goblets (4 sizes); large press glass punch bowl with huge undertray; collection of "King's Crown"; Fostoria American; a large amount of silverplate including trays, tea service w/matching tray, water pitchers, etc.; sterling including a set of 8 sterling goblets, flatware, (Strasbourg, 109 pieces); many sterling serving pieces in different patterns; Gorham dresser set, miscellaneous sterling bowls, trays.
Decorative Accessories: Mirrors, prints, paintings, lamps, large tapestry; large amount of books; antique smoking stands; American Indian relics; oriental accessories; brass; small figurines; candlesticks; a US Navy dress sword, military buttons, etc., much more.
Coins and Jewelry: We have a wonderful and large collection of vintage costume jewelry - some of the designers include: Florenza, Kramer, Weiss, Haskell, Hobe, Mexican sterling, Eisenberg, Regency, and more. We have a very nice selection of real jewelry. Coins consist of:
- A rare 1851- C Liberty Half Eagle, $5.00 gold piece
- 7 Swiss 20 Franc gold pieces
- 2 Mexican 2 pesos gold pieces, dated 1945
- 1 type 1 $1.00 GOLD US Coin
- Morgan dollars
- Peace dollars
- Wheat pennies
- A 50 piece set of sterling bars, in presentation case, depicting all of the U.S. War Ships
- Carson City silver dollars, uncirculated
- Currency including Confederate bills
- Rolls of silver dimes (90%)
- Proof sets
- Silver certificates
General Household: Fully stocked kitchen including many small appliances, two microwaves (one brand new taken out of the box), pyrex and Corning; office equipment (phones, computer monitors & keyboards); nice selection of women's clothing and shoes; evening purses; nice collection of collectible dolls including Barbee and Madam Alexander; vintage children's books; Christmas; washer and dryer; bed, bath and table linens; tools, garden accessories (planters, decorative, yard lanterns, etc.), plants.
Garage and Shed: There is a huge two car garage packed with furniture, glass, etc. as well as an outdoor shed with anything from tools to large dog travel crates. The sun room features patio furniture, plant stands and plants.
Automobiles: We are taking bids on two automobiles:
- 1998 Lincoln Town Car, original owner, low mileage, excellent leather interior, fully loaded, with a complete history of maintenance
- 1999 Plymouth Voyager Van, 4 cylinder, automatic transmission, A/C, excellent and clean interior; 148,000 miles, maintenance record and repair bills included, new heater core installed as well a completely rebuilt A/C system within the past year.
Update: Sunday, June 7th - I have added more pictures of coins and jewelry as well as a vintage US Navy dress sword. We have been commissioned to sell a huge collection of coins and currency from a long time coin collector - separate from the coins belonging to this estate. There is so much that we will be dividing the collection between this sale and the next sale!
