This is an Absolute Auction with a 10% buyer’s premium. • Bids, in the mail, over the phone or in person must be accompanied by a check or credit card in the full amount of the bid, refundable if the bidder is unsuccessful.• TERMS: Cash, checks, Master Cards, Visa, Discover and Debit cards will be accepted.• There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium.• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Merchandise becomes the bidder’s property when the hammer falls and the auctioneer calls the bidder’s number.• While we have endeavored to catalogue and describe the property correctly, all property is sold “as is”, and we will not be responsible for the description, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in the catalogue or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty or presentation or an assumption of liability. PURCHASERS SHOULD SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO THE CONDITION, QUALITY AND DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING.• The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion either to determine the successful bidder, in which event his determination shall be final, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the sale record shall be conclusive as to who was the purchaser, the amount of the highest bid, and in all other respects.• If the auctioneer, in his sole and final discretion, decides that any bid is not commensurate with the value of the article offered, whether such bid has been acknowledged or not, he may reject the same.• Items must be removed no later than 2:00 p.m. Dec 14th unless other arrangements are made.• A list of items to be offered for sale will be available the days of preview and auction. All items are available for preview.• “As Is” refers to the condition of the item.• Lots may consist of a “pair” of items sold at 1 Money or Lots may consist of multiple items “in kind” and will be sold at 2x, 3x, etc. of the money. These items will be noted in the Auction List.• (*) Items will not be taken to the auction ring.
