A Sign-Up Sheet will be by the carport at 8:30 a.m. and the doors will open at 9:00 a.m. You will not be able to write up your own SOLD Stickers, someone will be in the room to write you up and mark them sold. We DO NOT accept credit cards, only CASH, CHECKS (with proper ID, DOB, Right address, phone number). If a check is returned there will be a $35.00 charge, Please have your information already on your checks and that will save a lot of time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCUDENTS. NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED IN UNDER THE AGE OF 11 due to the amount of glassware and collectible items. If you bring your child under 11, you will have to leave or have someone to stay in the yard with your child. This is a 3-day sale as mentioned above so bids will be taken the second day of sale for items over $50.00. You will be called at 6:00 pm the night of the second day if you won the bid. You will be asked to remove your items no later than 12:00 noon on Sunday before we open at 1:30 p.m. The 3rd day of sale items will be marked 50% off. There will be no negotiating on prices before the 3rd day, prices are firm. No refunds will be given, so check your items before purchasing them. As mentioned before DO NOT BLOCK anyone's drive way. Bring someone with you to help load your items and tools needed to load them. We do not have anyone available to help load. If someone is not busy and wants to help, please tip them. Bags will be checked , persons will be watched and police will be called if you are caught stealing. There are some alcohol beverages in the home that is very old, but WILL NOT BE SOLD, used as display only!
