All items are sold as is, where is with no guarantees. No exchanges or returns. Bids will be taken on items priced over $50. Bids must be at least 51% of the marked price. Bids will be opened at the end of the first day and winners will be notified that evening. All items sold on bids must be picked up at the beginning of the sale on the second day. Otherwise they
will be sold. A Sign up list will be on front door. One name per number. You must stay on the premises to maintain your place in line. You may use your own sold stickers. Name,
address and phone number must be on each sold sticker. Children must be accompanied by an adult and stay with the adult during the sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Moving of items is the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be removed by 4:00 PM on the second day of the sale.
