You seldom find me at a loss for words, this is one of those times. This house is definitely “over the top”. Much more than we can sell in two days, so we are doing Sunday afternoon. Not what we like to do, but believe me we have a house packed.

Our owner was a collector of many things, including electronic items of every kind. You'll see later in this flyer. He bought only high end items and multiples of them. MANY items in this house are NEW, never opened and still in sealed boxes. Example: we have over 1,000 Blue Ray and DVD's many Special Edition, Anniversary Collectors. Also hundreds of CD's.

Let's start first in his living area where we have an extra long sofa in brown tones, first I should tell you our owner was 6'7” tall, all furniture is quality, sturdy, like new and well built for a tall man. Brown leather recliner (well loved) this must have been his favorite chair. Large coffee table with drawers on both sides, and a matching lamp table, made by Keller. Keller must have been his favorite furniture maker 'cause most furniture in the house is built by Keller. Small accent table with a slate top.

Built in book shelves are FULL of books, many 1^st editions, most brand new condition, some still wrapped. Mantle is holding a matted and framed picture of construction of the Eiffel tower, Handsome Clydesdale horses and Budweiser wagon set, Several fine vases and pitchers. Wine bottle rack, Premier, 70^th anniversary edition of Monopoly, RARE. Razorback lamp with a football helmet, TONS OF RAZORBACK AND CHICAGO CUBS items in this house. Waterford paper weights, University of Arkansas lamp with black shade, you'll love this.

Multi-function upright chest by Keller. More collectables, The Highland Mint, Wrigley Field Series of Major League Base ball, Bronze and Gold Plated Medallions. Beautifully matted and framed Medallions of Wrigley Field with 24k gold overlay, Jonathan Toews and Mark Buchrle. Lots of Chicago and San Francisco memorabilia (places he lived).

Nice lighted display/accent table, Series of framed pictures by Mark McMahon. Our collectables overrun into our kitchen. Collection of Lighthouses, each a replica of a real Lighthouse, all displayed on wooded bases. THEN we have another train set, this one is Gold Rush, it has sound and smoke.
