WOW Super sale. This is the estate of Don and Marie Smith in a LOVELY home and location. Everything is QUALITY and tastefully done. We've loved working here and you'll love the sale.

I'll try to describe a little to you, but it's best to look at the photos. Near the entry is a Emperor Grandfather clock, Eastlake entry table with marble top, Beautiful, ornate three drawer chest, made by American. Oval beveled mirror with antique gold frame, Lamps, Lots of standing floor candle sticks, Rose bowl, Large urns and silks, great busts and several wall sconces.

In our formal living area (our parlour) we have a Wurlitzer piano, now decorated with several pieces of Oriental decorator items, and a matching piano bench. Small quartz piano clock and pretty crystal pieces. SEE PHOTOS Three piece set of end tables and coffee table, solid mahogany all with marble tops. Eastlake chair in nice blue fabric. Now we're in the LOVELY family room. Peach moire chaise lounge, what a treat! BEAUTIFUL set of sofa and love seat in peach floral. Pair of large round beveled glass accent tables with iron base, see photos for items on tables. Large square heavily carvedwood, coffee table in dark wood, now holding a set of three candle/globes, glass with black iron bases. Large Oriental fruit bowl, full of delicious fruit. Oriental “trinket box”.

Very ornate carved sofa table with marble top (must see to appreciate), now showing some of our many small decorative items. High back, wing back chair in berry fabric, truly exquisite. Fine Victorian desk/table with chair. Handsome TV/armoire, finely carved wood, a superior piece of work. More framed art and mirrors. Lovely artist easel holding a nice unframed oil. Surrounding the fireplace are several oriental vases, urns, bowls, and jars. Fireplace tool set. Built in bar is well equipped with bar supplies, Large brass urn.

Our dining room is a knock-out. Duncan Phyfe dining table with two leaves. Six chairs in off white upholstery. Antique buffet, Second buffet is taller. See photos. Half round Duncan Phyfe accent table with marble top (rare). Man, do we have crystal and china: Two sets of the ever beautiful Lenox, one is 51 pieces of Montclair, second is 40 pieces of Nydia. TONS of nice stems including a SHELF full of Rose Point Cambridge (this a definite WOW). Set of Haviland, Regents Park Rose. White soup tureen, Cute curiet set, Vases, candle holders, wine containers, Crystal prisms, serving pieces of all kinds. Silver plated serving pieces. China cabinet is FULL. See photos. Our kitchen is great, Large round antique oak table, loaded with a set of Mikasa, Heritage. Mikasa , First Love and another set of Sam and Squito. I told you we had china!!! Four shield back chairs with needlepoint seats. Cute corner china cabinet, FULL. Set of blue plates. Punch bowl sets, Mr. Coffee machine, Cuisinart can opener, Black & Decker blender, Hamilton Beach toaster. Normal kitchen misc. pots, pans, “everyday” dishes, glasses, cups, mugs and etc.

In my favorite room is an ivory sofa and two matching club chairs, fabric is tone on tone, VERY pretty. Small secretary desk, Cherry coffee table, LONG sofa table, holding a pair of lovely lamps and other “pretties”. Small Victorian chair in tapestry fabric. Duncan Phyfe drop sides table, Small two drawer chest/cabinet. Small round marble top table, FINE TV/Armoire made by Sumter. Table full of crystal and china. Ornate framed mirror. In our office we have a Dell computer. Nice Bassett desk, 56” long with a nice chair. Ativa shredder, Three handsome book cases in three sections, match as needed to fit your space. Very nice two drawer wooden file cabinet. Canon printer, lots of office supplies.

Next bedroom has a queen bed complete, now covered in a luxurious burgundy coverlet and pillow shams. Double dresser with mirror by American, Five drawer chest, Singer portable sewing machine Portable storage cabinet, FUN Hats, shoes and clothes, including outfits for your next cruise!!!

Now for our blue bedroom, Queen Fancy Rice bed complete, Six drawer antique chest, Great antique round lamp table, Lots of bedding in soft baby blue, Genuine Sheep skin throw, pair of brass lamps with white globes, Luggage and totes, Framed picture of lady in ornate gold frame, Some of the bedding is the FINEST!!
