Local sales tax will be charged on all items unless we are provided with a valid copy of your resale license. You MUST bring your valid California Resale Permit with you, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS! We accept all major credit cards on purchases over $75.00. No checks please.

Please do not call or email asking for prices or information prior to the sale. We are always busy up untill the sale day and do not have time to answer phone calls or emails regarding prices.YOU MUST ATTEND THE SALE FOR PRICING AND INFORMATION.

NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items.You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We do NOT provide tools. Large items may not be moveable until the end of each sale day. Check with us before you purchase. Local delivery may be available after the sale for a fee. We provide some bags and limited amounts of wrapping. Please bring your own boxes.
Full house and garage. A lifetime of great finds. A lifelong passion for photography has produced a wonderful collection of photographic equipment. An avid reader, there is a great collection of books, including a complete National Geographics collection back to 1910. The kitchen is stuffed with all manner of cookware and appliances, including a stackable washer/ dryer. We have rooms full of beautiful furniture, including three power lift chairs, office furniture and supplies. We also have several sets of fine china and silver plated flatware. There are knick knacks and collectibles in every room. Many pieces with an Asian influence. We have a large selection of costume jewelry, clothing and linens. Update - Today we discovered a large collection of Vinyl records, eight track tapes, cassettes, CD's and sheet music. Also a large amount of vintage holiday decor. More info and photos to follow. The garage is full of every vintage piece of photographic developing equipment you can think of.
