All our items are sold "As Is". We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our items, as they are consigned, used merchandise.

Every attempt is made to describe damage or condition issues. These items are used, not new, and imperfections commensurate with age are to be expected.

Many of these items cannot be shipped due to size or fragile nature. This building is high-security, so you must have an appointment to pick up your items. Once the auction ends we will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a pick-up time. Smaller items can be picked up in Orange County, or shipped.

Regarding pickup times, we will do our best to arrange a pick-up time to suit your schedule. If you do not show up for your scheduled pick-up time and make no attempt to reschedule after 4 days, your item will be forfeited without a refund.

Regarding shipping, we will work as quickly and diligently as possible to ship your item promptly. You will be charged for shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, it is an additional cost on top of what you bid on your item. We do not charge any handling fees.

Buyer's Premium of 10% is charged to every winning bid.

Other Fees: Los Angeles sales tax is charged at a rate of 9.5% unless a valid seller's permit can be shown at registration on Auction Ninja.

Straight outta Beverly Hills, this estate is full of rare art and vintage posters, dramatic lighting, mid-century furniture, a 70's era tufted bar, rosewood furniture, military and aviation books, glassware, and oodles of designer and vintage clothes, shoes, and sunglasses! Plus, sooooo much more.....

Designer items include: Chanel, Gucci, YSL, Christian Dior, Fendi, Stella McCartney, Balmain, St John, and lots of mid-range designers like Calvin Klein, DKNY, Anne Klein, Marc NY, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, and many more! Many items were never worn, and some even have their original price tags. The vintage items are few but FABULOUS.

Sizes range is S/M for clothes, US 6-7 for shoes. 

Due to the online nature of the auction, the number of items, AND that EVERYTHING must be sold, we've grouped many of the clothes and books into lots starting at only $10!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This was a non-smoking, no pet home, and there are no "funky" vintage smells on any of the items, including the clothes.

This estate is from Jutka Burtman, aka Jutka Goz, aka Jennifer Jordan (her stage name). She was Miss Hungary 1959, and she leaves behind a lifetime of treasures that she shared with her 2 husbands.

The first was Lenny Burtman, an atomic scientist for the US Military, pilot, cinematographer, fetish publisher, art collector and history enthusiast. Lenny is the one responsible for most of the items you see in this estate, he was an avid collector and lover of the beautiful and bizarre.


Her second husband was Kurt Niklas, who started Bistro Garden restaurant, which was sold to Wolfgang Puck and then became Spago.

Jutka and Lenny purchased their condo (the building where these contents are currently housed) brand new in the 1970s, a building that many celebrities called home, including Rita Hayworth. Most of the items from this estate come from the 70s and 80s time frame.

As with all our sales, EVERYTHING must go, which means that all our lots start at a low price, many as low as $10. For unsold items, check our website for details as we will be taking offers!
