Please, no large purses or backpacks are allowed inside. Bring CASH, we do not accept checks. We may have ability to take credit cards on Saturday for purchases over $500. You will be entering a private residence and grounds at your own risk. Owner and its agents are not responsible for loss, damage or injury. No children younger than 12 or pets are allowed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items sold in as is condition. Please inspect all items before you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you enter premises you consent to being video and audio recorded. Some items may be subject to pre-sale or removal by owner. We do not hold items unless paid for in full and are picked up within 30 minutes after close of sale on the day items are purchased. BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS we unfortunately cannot help with heavy items. We can arrange for you to pick-up large items after the sale but please be ready to move them during sale hours. Please be careful and watch your children, if you or they break something you will be expected to pay for it. Security Guard will be present on site. There will be a sign in sheet that will be available an hour before sale. Please, no early birds. There will be only one entrance and exit so please be careful and mindful of others. Security onsite. For security purposes only, there will be no access to restrooms. House is not handicapped accessible- please be advised that you enter at your own risk. By attending you agree to hold harmless the estate and its agents of any liability that may occur when shopping at the estate sale.
