We accept all credit cards for sales over $ 100.00, Checks if you are on file, and of course cash. Please bring your own help to load large items. For this sale only, we have plenty of packing materials. We care about our customers and take much care to try to protect them from accidents , however we can not be responsible for any harm which they may incur while shopping our sales. Please do not bring children to the sale. We no longer honor any sign up sheets. Numbers will be given out at 8 a.m. the first morning of the sale, first come, first served. All sales are " as is" and FINAL ! No returns accepted. We try hard to identify any significant damage to items offered for sale , however we are not infallible. Look over your selected items you wish to buy very carefully before purchasing. Remember these are used or antique/collectible items and perfect condition is nearly impossible.

THIS IS THE ESTATE OF A FINE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS A COLONEL IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY. HE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND BROUGHT BACK FABULOUS ITEMS FROM WHEREVER HE WENT. HE ALSO WAS A " RENAISSANCE MAN", MASTER OF MANY TRADES. AN ENGINEER, WOODWORKER, CARPENTER, HUNTER, FISHERMAN, COLLECTOR, ARTIST AND KEEPER OF HIS FAMILY'S HISTORY. THOUSANDS OF BOOKS ON INTERESTING AND VARIED SUBJECTS. NOT THE USUAL LIBRARY ! HIS GARAGE IS PACKED WITH ALL MANNER OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT, ARMY SURPLUS TRUNKS, TOOL BOXES, IF THERE IS ONE SCREWDRIVER THERE IS TWO HUNDRED AND SO ON. A LIST OF THE GARAGE ITEMS WILL BE POSTED IN A FEW DAYS. ABSOLUTLEY NO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS ARE IN THE GARAGE ( THERE IS NO ROOM) !!!! the Colonel passed away at 101 years of age, still living in his home of the last 50 years, saving everything !!
