Terms: All items are available on a "first come first served basis". We will not hold items, returns, exchanges o refunds. There will be no sign up sheet or numbers given to attendees. This is a sale from 2 different estates. This is not an auction sale. All items are priced as marked and offered to buyers as found, most are in excellent condition. It is an event open to everybody, all public is welcomed. Buyers please make arrangements to pick up or remove your purchases or items before the close of the day of the sale. We have delivery service available (fee). It is a cash only sale. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We aim to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. In Accordance with the California State Board of Equalization, we collect California sales tax, Unless you have a VALID resell permit. Please bring your California resale certificate. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening
