CA sales tax charged unless valid resale # provided. We accept major credit cards with 25.00 or more purchase. Please note when purchasing large items you will need to bring your own movers. We do not allow presale or give prices out presale. No large handbags, or coats. No food or drink on property, no pets allowed, DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR YOU MAY GET TOWED. There will be a Sign up list posted at 5am. Anticipate a line for the first few hours for high volume sales or sales with sought after items for this we apologize for the wait all we ask is have patience. Enter and exit property at your own risk. As always we appreciate your business.
Property is under surveillance by cameras and will remain so until estate sale is complete. When on property beware of snakes, spiders, and other critters.
We will have two sign up lists one for main house and one for backyard both areas open at 8am.
Parking Is very limited, there is a shopping center about 200 yards for parking as well as some shoulder parking on street of property we apologize for the inconvience as this is out of our control. Driveway is for pickup, drop off, or loading/unloading only.
