Unless you have a VALID resell permit on file with us.....If not then PLEASE bring your VALID permit and paperwork to show us or you will be charged sales tax.
WE CHECK ALL NUMBERS ON SITE AT THE B.O.E. WEBSITE !!!!

Cash, personal checks & Credit cards accepted over $75 ((under $75 there is a $2 service fee))

EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" & "HOW IS" .......and that's how we sell it.

There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying
Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason.

NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! (( unless the family decided to keep something ))

You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we can not help you remove large items. Our staff is not your labor.

ALL items that you purchase MUST be removed from the property by the end of the sale !!
