CASH ONLY on purchases under $75.00. All sales final. No refunds or returns. 25% deposit to hold any item while you go to the bank. Local sales tax will be charged on all items unless we are provided with a valid copy of your resale license. You MUST bring your valid California Resale Permit and register, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS! We accept all major credit cards on purchases over $75.00. No checks please.
Numbers will be handed out at 7:00 am on Oct 12th.
Please do not call or email asking for prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing information. You will be entering the property at your own risk.
NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house.You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We DO NOT provide tools. Local delivery may be available after the sale for a fee. We provide bags and wrapping. Please bring your own boxes.

Update - We have a kitchen full of pots/pans, small appliances, gadgets, tea pots, dish sets, microvave, cooktop, double door refrigerator, full size freezer, washer/dryer, etc. We have small size women's clothing, purses, shoes, scarves, gloves and hats.
