We prefer cash, but gladly accept all major credit cards on purchases over $50 .
Sorry, but we cannot accept checks.
All sales are final.
No large purses and no bulky jackets will be allowed inside the home while shopping.
*Receipts and purchases will be checked when exiting the home*
We do provide some boxes and bags, but please bring your own packing materials if possible.
Bring your own help to move large items.
For wholesale purchases a resale license is required. We are required to charge sales tax otherwise.
No Refunds. All items will be sold "as is".
Sign up list will be posted at 7am on the first day of the sale. If you arrive earlier, please stand or sit in line.
