Terms

We will open promptly at 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. All items are sold "as is" so check your items carefully and remember to plug electrical items in. There are no refunds and no exceptions! We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur on the property. Please bring your own boxes and strong men to move large furniture. Some bags and wrapping material will be provided but not guaranteed. All items must be paid for at time of purchase and picked up no later than 1:00 Saturday. We do provide a holding area but we are not held responsible for missing items. However we always do our best to keep an eye out for our valued customers that come from near and far away!!

 

Dear Customers, Clients and Friends,   This llovely North Glendora Estate Sale is loaded with lots of treasures!! Bring lots of boxes and loads of cash-- but keep in mind we do accept all major credit cards with $50 minimum purchase!! We can't wait to see all our faithful, valued customers and we welcome new friends from far and near!!  

THERE WILL BE A SIGN UP SHEET STARTING 5:00am. SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE ON FIRST COME BASIS. PLEASE USE YOUR FIRST NAME ONLY. START WITH FIRST COLUMN AND TGEN PROCEED TO SECOND COLUMN..
