This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

The collection includes Chinese antiques such as a large jade screen, several ornate vases, a had made chest with metal accents, a hand carved wood table, a framed handmade silk garment, original paintings, delicate figurines, and so much more. There are also a number of Mid Century Modern and Modern Contemporary pieces of furniture, artwork, and accessories. The collection of furniture includes high quality traditional furnishings that are in immaculate condition. The furniture is a beautiful mix of antique, mid century modern, and modern contemporary. The collection of furniture includes, but is not limited to, two Le Corbusier lounges, a grand Asian style bedroom set that includes a four post bed, two nightstands, and a dresser, multiple display cabinets, beautiful couches, a full chess table with chairs, Mid Century lamps, Rosewood pieces, multiple dining sets, children's bedroom furniture, bookshelves, two tables made of natural wood, hand carved wood benches, rod iron patio furniture, a barbecue grill, a custom office desk, and so much more.

Parking
There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Please note that there will be road work on McCaden Pl. on Friday. As a result, there will be signs up on either side of the road saying road closed due to construction. Ignore the signs. Drive past the signs and park in front of the house. The security guard can help direct you if need be. Plenty of street parking.
