This week we have a fun sale for you! We are in Cheviot Hills and are liquidating the home of Bill and Annette Steinman. Mr. Steinman was a local Los Angeles singer, comedian, and Radio Personality back in the 1940s-60s and performed under the name “Bill Norman.” Annette was his loving and devoted spouse who raised their children in this neat fifties ranch house which is beautifully decked out in its original knotty pine! Both Steinman's have now passed on, their kids have spread out, and the home has been sold and will be torn down to make way for a 3 Story Mini-Mansion.

In addtion to the contents belonging to the Steinman's and their family members – we will be selling the light fixtures and taking bids for the fantastic Knotty Pine Paneling, Mantles, Doors, and Built in Fixtures which you can remove at the close of Escrow. See Dan to discuss these options!
