Accessibility:  This sale is not conducive to those that are handicapped or have walking issues.  You will have to park across a major street and walk to the property.  The house has two levels of stairs to access the selling area.

Manhattan Beach is a strict No Smoking City.  You may only smoke in your car and the police will stop you if you are on the street or in a public area (one of our employees smokes and was busted).

This week we have another wonderful sale for you! This one is located in a beach house in Manhattan Beach. You will find a multitude of fun and wonderful treasures to accent your home, add to your collection, and for you resellers - some super fun old school antiques and collectibles that you just no longer see at estate sales!

This is the estate of a wonderful couple who had over fifty years together!

This couple settled in the Los Angeles shortly after meeting and they began to build their life together and through their common love of antiques - they established themselves as dealers specializing in beautiful French and European antiques along with their successful real estate ventures. Side by side they built an incredible life together.

They semi-retired in the nineties - still doing an occasional show here and there. Many of their peers had retired to the desert...but they loved living by the beach. As they grew older they planned to move to their home in Palm Springs as the beach house had many stairs and was getting to be difficult. Suddenly, last year, one grew ill and passed. Our client is the surviving partner. A wonderful French gentleman of wit and humor and  a good heart. He has decided that it is time to move on with his life and is selling the beach house and began his next adventure. We are selling what he is not taking with him....and there are many wonderful treasures to be had!
