I do not quote prices over the phone, a home may have thousands of items and it is impossible to remember all prices.
Sales tax will be collected. (8%) If you have a seller's permit , bring a copy of it for for tax purposes. 2014 is a new year and I need a new copy of your seller's id if you want to use resale.
