"Auction will be held rain or shine. A fully refundable $40 deposit is required in order to obtain a bidding card. Payment will be accepted in cash or card form ONLY. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and buyers are requested to remove their purchases from the auction location by closing time DAY OF SALE. A bid is considered a binding agreement of purchase between the bidder and seller until 5:00PM Saturday. Be aware that a 15% buyer's premium will be levied upon the hammer price. County sales tax will be charged unless buyer presents a valid CA Resale ID # at checkout. Bidders may check out of the auction and reclaim their deposit at any time. Happy Hunting!"
