Terms

Sale address will be posted on May 7at 6 a.m. Because of the large quantity of fragile items, children under 14 are not allowed. Cash and credit cards are accepted, checks are not. Buyers must arrange and pay for moving heavy items and transportation services. We will provide you with referrals, but our staff cannot perform these functions. All purchases must be claimed by 2 p.m. on May 9. Restrooms are not available.

We're always excited about our sales, but this one has us singing the theme from "Happy Days!"  All Aspects Estate Sales is liquidating the contents of a custom "Brady Bunch" home near San Diego State University.  This house was meticulously furnished in the 1950s and 60s and everything is in pristine condition.  We have mid-century furniture in every room, stylish décor and artwork along with time capsule kitchen and household items -- even a vintage portable TV.  You won't have to be Perry Mason to find treasures at our blast from the past.  Here's a small sample:
