Lot 1:   Dining room table with 7 chairs, 69"l x 43"w x 30"h,  and 2 leafs, chairs are 40.25"h x 25.25"w x 19.25"d. The table has some surface ware and needs to be repaired, it is bowing and needs the support boards adjusted. The chairs are in good condition, but 1 chair needs reapolstering. There are two arm chairs and five additional chairs. Also included are two leaf covers. This matches Lot 2, Hutch and Lot 11, Buffet

Lot 2: Hutch/ China Cabinet, 89"h x 66"w x18.5"d, this has two lights in the upper section. There are two glass shelves, three drawers and two cabinets. This item is in excellent condition. This matches Lot 1, Dining Set and Lot 11, Buffet

Lot 3: Set of Brass Wall Sconces, 21"h x 7"w, these sconces are in good condition. 

Lot 4: Waterford Crystal decanter (8"h) with Ice Bucket (7.5"h x 8.25"d) and 4 Sherry Glasses (6"h), these are all in excellent condition. No chipping 

Lot 5: Signed Baccarat Decanter w/ 2 Brandy Glasses, the decanter has a chip in the lip-please see photos for close up (13"h). The glasses are in excellent condition (5.5"h)

Lot 6: Socket Wrench Set by Durabuilt, great condition. Please see photos for more details.

Lot 7: Signed Waterford Crystal Driver Gold Club Paperweight, 5.5"l x 2.75"w x 3.25"h, excellent condition.

Lot 8: Rare Vintage Cut Glass Cube, featuring oriental goldfish theme. 4.25" on all sides. There are some chips on the sides, but we couldn't let this gorgeous, unique item get missed. There are tiny bubbles throughout. It reflects the light beautifully. The inside glass appears to be golden and the outer glass is a dark orange. There is a floral design cut into the sides, it is also quite heavy.

Lot 9: Metal Display Table w/glass top. Good Condition 48"l x 16.25"w x 29.75"h, there is one chip in the glass top on a corner, please see photos for detail. Matching side table 27"l x 22"d x 23"h in good condition with minor surface scratching.

Lot 10: Reclining Loveseat, Beige, 70"l x 38"d x 40"h, this is in fair to poor condition. It needs surface cleaning. There is a small tear on the side, please see photos for more details.

Lot 11: Bar or Buffet, Solid Wood. Good Condition. The top has some surface stains from use.  44.25"l x 17.75"d x 33.5" h. When open on top it is 64.25"l. This matches Lot 1 and 2.

Lot 12: Simplehuman, Stainless Steel Trash Can, 26.5"h x 11.25"w x 16"d. Great Condition.

Lot 13: 6 Drawer Dresser, White w/ multi-color panel drawers. Good condition. 40.5"l x 19"d x 52.5"h

Lot 14: White Wooden Double Bed a Frame w/pillow top mattress plus box spring. All in good condition.

Lot 15: White Nightstand, made in Vietnam, good condition, 26"l x 18" d x 26"h

Lot 16: Canon Digital Camera, Power shot, SD800 IS, no battery charger included, but battery is included. Seems to be in great condition, but could not test due to a dead battery.

Lot 17: Ornate metal lamp with frosted glass shades in great condition 71"h x 16"w

Lot 18: Lexington Mansion Queen wooden headboard and footboard made in U.S.A. Cherry Finish. 641/2"h x67"w Great condition. Matches lot 19.

Lot 19: Lexington Commode nightstand. Good condition but some damage, light scratching in finish and overall from use. Cherry finish. Matches lot 18. 26.25"l x 17.25"d x 25.25"h. 

Lot 20: 2 Cut/Etched glass Lamps with floral design and prism top with brass base. 25"h x 6"w. In great condition. 

Lot 21: Bombay company. Corner side table. Faux drawers. Mahogany finish. 22.25"l x 16"d x  30.25"h. In great condition. 

Lot 22: Tall dresser with 5 shelves, veneer. Good to Fair Condition. 19.5" l x 15.75"d x 43.25"h
