Neither Leave it to Me nor homeowner is responsible for accidents: Watch your step and be mindful of others in some tight spaces. You may have to wait outside -- under a canopy -- if we have too many customers. We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. Your patience is much appreciated! 

The estate sale is on one level of the home including: garage, main floor, sunroom and back open porch. Enter and exit through garage only. 

There will be complimentary snack bags. We ask you to not bring in your own food items. There will not be a sign up sheet -- first come-first serve, the sale line will begin at the garage entrance.  NO large "personal" bags allowed -- approx size 10 x 10 allowed; you may BYO empty shopping bag -- management has the right to inspect all bags entering/exiting the sale. We have plenty of bags and boxes on site. 

There are some breakables that we have tried to put up on higher shelves, yet we respectfully request all children under 8 remain in the presence of the accompanying adult AT ALL TIMES. Pets and strollers will not be allowed inside the estate sale site.  

During all days of estate sale week, I respectfully request you text (720-299-3441) only between hours of 8am - 6pm. As I simply cannot answer phone calls, I will do my best to respond to texts. Remember - There is something for everyone! I look forward to seeing you!
