No sign up list. Do not post your own sign up sheet. First in line is first in the door. We reserve the right to limit the number of people that come on to property based on crowd numbers for safety reasons. Enter property at own risk. Seller and property owner assumes no responsibility. SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSCUTED
We can not help you load furniture. Please provide your own moving or ask us for our list of movers. Items must be picked up by 4:00 on the last day of the sale or item will be forfeited and no money returned.
We accept bids on items. Ask any associate for a form. Bids are binding if we choose to accept them.
WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS!!! If you steal, we will post your photo on our wall of shame at every estate sale to come plus email your photos to every other estate seller we know. Not to mention there is a good chance we'll get your license plate number and you'll be talking to the police in short order.
No shopping bags. You may bring a hand basket or box.
Everything sold “as is, where is”. No guarantees made of any kind, regardless of any statement of and written. Buyer shall be responsible for his/her own inspection and information and shall rely solely on such.
We do not quote prices before the sale.

We accept cash or credit. NO checks of any kind. We do not automatically reduce our prices by 50% on the second day, depending on the value of the item it may be more or less than 50%.
