PARKING IS LIMITED AT THIS LOCATION. PLEASE BE AWARE OF PARKING SIGNS AND STAY WITHIN ASSIGNED AREAS. Please be advised, the speed limit in this neighborhood is 25mph - there is a lot of wildlife in the area and residents use the road for walking - drive with caution. Parking is VERY limited at this location, and will be along one side of the street leading to the home. The driveway is a steep incline and will be for pickups only, so please wear good shoes!

We accept cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. No checks are accepted. All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. We do not provide movers or delivery but can provide a recommendation if assistance is needed.
