TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALE: Kenosha Auctions and Events, inc., hereafter referred to as AUCTIONEER, present the following terms and conditions:
All Items Selling to the Highest Bidder for the Benefit of our sellers.
BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

1. You must be registered in-order to bid. Valid Credit Card must be presented to register online!

2. FULL PAYMENT is DUE on completion of sale - ALL SALES ARE FINAL -AS IS, WHERE IS-NO EXCEPTIONS

3. Payment is accepted in the form of CASH, Business/personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, MC/VISA, and Discover.

4. All Purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.

5. All items must be removed within 72 hrs. of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.

6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. There will be a 3% discount for payment by cash.

7. Buyers will be responsible for paying Sales Tax on all purchases unless a valid resale permit is provided and the buyer is in the business to resell the items purchased.

8. The AUCTIONEER takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before they bid!

9. Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.

10. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased.

11. INSPECTION OF ITEMS IS AVAILABLE the Friday prior to the auction, the morning of the auction, and by appointment.

12. Unless prior arrangements are made, merchandise not removed within 2 business days of the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your Credit Card will be Charged for all purchases whether removed or not ... NO EXCEPTIONS! Items abandoned for 30 days
by buyer and seller become the property of the AUCTIONEER.

13. Unless otherwise arranged, all items must be picked up at our warehouse at 6709 W. 58th Place, Arvada Co 80003. Buyer assumes responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Kenosha Auctions will arrange shipping, buyer is responsible for shipping charges and handling fees. These fees must be paid prior to shipping. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.

14. All firearms purchases (except black powder) are subject to a $35.00 transfer fee and background check by our FFL representative. If buyer fails to pass background check there is no refund, however the firearm will be placed in the next available sale with the buyer listed as the consigner and upon sale and collection buyer will be paid these monies less commission.
