All Specialties, LLC's Greg and Pam Johnson, invite you to attend an Washington Park Estate Sale . Address to be posted day of Sale. No Overnight List. List OK Day of Sale. Estate Sale- Friday, September 5, 11am - 6pm and Saturday, September 6, 9am - 4pm.

Valuables removed overnight. House has armed security system.
General Terms and Conditions of Estate Sale-
1. Payment must be made on the day of purchase. Payment may be made by cash, Visa or MasterCard, Discover or AMEX credit card. No checks.
2. All Sales are final and sold "as is, where is" without warranty expressed or implied.
3. Every effort is made to represent the sale accurately in the photos and descriptions. However, occasionally family member remove items prior to the sale. So, no guarantee of availability of advertised or photographed items is made
4. Moving help is not available. Bring your own.
5. An % sales tax will be added to all personal property purchases. Dealers of exempt agencies may register their Colorado State Sales Tax Exemption License by bringing a copy of their current licence. Note: The State of Colorado does not recognize out of state tax exempt numbers,
6. All prices firm first day of sale. Left bids welcome.
