*All sales are, "as is", final, on-site and the responsibility of the purchaser for Inspection. There are no refunds or exchanges.
*5280 Estate Solutions is not responsible for accidents and moving damages. There will be a sign up sheet posted at 8AM so you may wait in your warm car, but will need to be in line by 8:50 for entry. All items need to be picked up prior to close of sale on Sunday at 2pm

SUNDAY UPDATE, FOR HALF PRICE DAY! --We've had a terrific first three days, and now it comes down to the "bust it out" half price day!  We do have some bids on a few items, but almost everything (excluding a few of the studio pieces) will be half off.  So come early for best selection.... And as a bonus we added a nice jewelry area from a buyout that has great hand made items that are new and perfect for holiday presents.... ALSO HALF OFF!

This is another one of our sales where several small estates have been moved to accommodate shoppers who love the unexpected.  We've just secured our studio location and are enjoying the favorite part -- merchandising and filling in with our own "picks."  It really is going to be quite an eclectic mix.  As we started to lay it out --it suddenly turned into "Ralph Lauren meets Industrial Chic around the corner from Hollywood Regency!"  But, working in this studio setting brings out the artistic edge, so we are flowing with it.
