Responsible Bidding:

We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. Please ask questions before bidding, and be aware of the location of the item(s). All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final--No refunds.

A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

Note: The items in this auction are from several estates. All bidders must be at least 18 years old.

Payment:

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying. Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. A 10% buyers premium and 7.62% sales tax will be added to each purchase. For special payment arrangements (other than PayPal) or to provide resale certificate (tax exemption), please contact us at (719) 688-9930 or email JBost@CaringTransitions.net. Resellers are required to provide a copy of their tax exemption form that we will keep on file.

Pick-up Instructions:

All pick-ups will take place in Denver, CO 80247

All items must be picked up during our scheduled pick-up times – Saturday 8/09 between 8am-12pm unless shipping arrangements have been made.

Please bring your own packing materials to protect your items and muscle to remove from premises and load. Be sure you have enough cargo space to haul all your treasures. Unfortunately, we cannot provide help with loading. Thanks!

If you fail to pay for your items prior to pick-up or make alternate payment arrangements with us, your items will be resold and your name removed from our database. If you pay, but fail to pick-up your items or pre-arrange an alternate pick-up time, you will be charged a $50 cash late-fee ($60 for furniture). You will also be charged $1.00 per day storage fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL items must be picked up within 7 days of the scheduled auction pick-up day. If your items are not picked up by then, they will be considered abandoned, you will forfeit your right to the items and no refund will be issued. The KEY is to communicate with us prior to pick-up day, if you are having any issues paying or picking up your items.
