Busy Bee Estate Sales presents an  exceptional Estate Sale in the coastal community of Lordship in Stratford. This sale is being  held at the home of a professional couple with exquisite taste and many interests.

Included in this sale are the entire contents of a large home that was meticulously decorated with emphasis on the details. 

Living room furniture includes sofa, loveseat, settee, wing chair, Baker coffee table, Statton game table, antique chinoiserie (ginger jars, bowls, dishes, teapots, teacups), oil paintings + water colors from the 1800's from large to small, signed and numbered lithographs by Bev Doolittle and Charles Wysocki, botanicals, decorative mirrors in all sizes, a large brass collection of candle holders, pots, footmen + more, Silverplate serving and decorative pieces, carpets, table lamps, floor lamps, lampshades, miniatures & collectible books.

 Mahogany dining room furniture includes a double pedestal table with 8 chairs, 2 leaves and protective pads. Lighted china cabinet and huntboard/sideboard complete the ensemble with entertaining dinnerware, crystal and serving pieces by Lenox McKinley, Sango Versailles, Myott Ole Chelsea, Waterford (LIsmore stemware, full set of Millenium flutes + ship's decanter), Galway Clarendon, Tiffany, Rogers Original Extra Plate Service and more. There are 3 additional drop leaf dining tables in the home.

There are bedrooms with cherry + mahogany wood furnishings by Thomasville and more Statton side tables, antique chairs and ottomans, linens by Laura Ashley, Nautica and Country Curtains, down comforters, feather beds, sheets, towels and dining linens. There is even an antique linen press cabinet for linen storage. 

Two reclining chairs, an upholstered bedroom chair with matching ottoman that folds out to a twin size bed, a twin bed plus a sofa bed offer more items for relaxing and reclining. 

Numerous pieces of Hitchcock furniture are found throughout the house as are oriental rugs - bokhara & Nourison wool. The Hitchcock includes: table with 4 chairs,  a desk, bookcases, hutch, console, end tables and chairs. There are wooden desks; one with a leather top and keyed drawer. Also have several bookcases in cherry finish. There are 2 large wooden rocking horses, an antique wooden farmer's shovel and a 4' tall decorative Native American Indian sculpture for conversation pieces.

A fully stocked kitchen includes items like pots + pans, dishes, bakeware, small electrics, cutting boards, Henckels & Wustof knives, cook books, tupperware, Pampered Chef cooking utensils and much more. 

There are brass weights and scales, a brass bedwarmer, vintage wood boxes, binoculars, celadon, costume jewelry, clothing, fur coats (about a 1X), handbags - especially Vera Bradley, books, board games, toys, Legos, chess sets, playing cards + tablecloths for playing bridge and canasta. There are many types of massagers, foot baths and health items - some new in boxes. Medical equipment includes: walkers, bathtub + bathroom aids + numerous canes. 

Men - the garage and "pop's shop" are loaded with tools and man-toys: power + hand tools, tool boxes, saws, garden tools, spreaders, ladders, shop vac, flashlights, camping gear, lawn chairs + coolers. There is exercise equipment + even a professional punching bag.

Lots of electronics: Bose radio, stereos & speakers, LP's, CD's, VHS tapes + VCR's,  TV's, monitors, printers, HP photo printer with ink and photo paper, fax machines, word processors (with ink!)and 2 multi function copy machines for office use by Sharp.
