Payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit (all over $25.00-under $25.00 add 5% of your bill) and Cash. NO checks, no exceptions.5. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.6. No strollers, animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home. 7. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside home. 8. This is a gated community. All appointments need to be made by 6 PM the evening before the sale so that I can call the names into the gate. We received over 100 phone calls a day. Preference is giving to people who email or text for an appointment. The appointment will be made in order of whoever emails or text first. No address will be giving out prior to the day before the sale. You will be texted with your appointment and the address the evening before the sale. Thank you for your cooperation.
