All items are sold asis/whereis with no regard to warranty of any kind. Please preview carefully. A 7% Sales Tax will be collected. Dealers must provide a copy of their tax certificate that we can keep on file to avoid paying sales tax.
A 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect with a 3% discount for cash. Preview the day of Auction from 12 Noon until Hammer at 1pm. Selling it all !
This is the Auction that we had to reschedule from a few weeks ago. There are about 300 Banquet Style Chairs and about 60 Banquet style Tables. The Chairs and Tables are very nice, they were purchased by the church when they thought they were going to utilize the facility as a banquet hall, but as it turns out the property has been purchased and the liquidation has been left up to us.
In addition there are Scores of Ceiling Fixtures, Fans, Chandeliers etc...
Desks, Couches, Tools, Snack Sets, and other miscellaneous items.
We will sell everything under roof on Monday.
This sale is absolute to highest bidder with a minimum bid of $1.
Please be respectful and park in the church parking lot.
Preview will be at 12 Noon.
