All Sales Final. Cash, approved check (w/proper i.d.), and credit cards (3 % fee) will be accepted.
There will be help available to load/lift most items. However, in the case of extremely large items (china cabinet, riding mower, etc.), the buyer will need to arrange for removal/delivery. All items MUST be removed by the day after the sale on Sunday May 4th.
Items will be priced very reasonably since everything MUST be sold in two days. The house is currently for sale. No reasonable offers will be refused.
I want this sale to be as fair as possible to everyone. Therefore, there will be no pre-sale viewing/sales with the exception of large furniture items and the Craftsman LT3000 riding mower.
