We do not do pre-sales.
We will not release prices prior to the sale.
We distribute numbers on a first come, first served basis.
We do not allow large bags or purses into the home. Just bring your credit card or cash!
Staff will assist with small items only. - Bring your own muscle and tools.
We accept checks, cash, all major credit & debit cards ($50 minimum)

We are hosting two sales in a South Fort Myers gated community.
Designer furnishings in both homes.

We are going to let the photos show you what we have available.
You MUST advise the gatehouse that you are here to attend the estate sales AND provide the gatehouse the addresses of both properties.
You may also call 239-989-6284 for the addresses on Thursday, May 28th.
The gatehouse will provide an access code for the neighborhood gate on your pass for the Elegant Lake Home.
The Tropical condo is within the community, but located in different neighborhood. No additional gate code is necessary for this sale.
Hours of sales are 10:00-3:00 gate should allow arrival AFTER 9:30 a.m.
Please be aware of strict parking rules for street parking.
