Terms
Cash and credit cards with applicable fees. We have some boxes, bags and packing for the first day, 2nd and 3rd day bring your own. Keep in car until needed. We have limited space and will not be allowed large purses or bags in the house. You must leave in the car. We are not responsible for accidents. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING HEAVY ITEMS SO YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP. We ask that you move with caution. All children must be kept with an adult and no strollers will be allowed. Shop lifters
WILL BE PROSUTED!!!
We will have special parking for handcap. It will be monitored.
This is a huge sale. If at all possible we will be adding items the first day. We have so much stuff it will take TWO sales to possible get it all sold. We have most everything mentioned out and have so much packed that is not mentioned. This
family has had us move stuff from three other homes to this home to try to find the best location to liquidate the things from many years travel inside the US and overseas. One person is deceased. We are doing our best to manage this sale the best way we can. We will allow the first 25 people to come in the house and
add to as quickly as possible and as fast as possible. DO NOT COME THE DAY BEFORE!! IT WILL BE A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME. YOU CAN NOT GET NEAR THE HOUSE. We will have a sign up sheet out 1 hour prior to sale. If the weather is nice we will have items set up in the carport and the first 25 people will get in there first then in the order they signed in and will get in the house at 10:00 We will not open the carport until the first 25 people are here, providing the weather is
nice. We have a large back yard, if weather is nice it will also have stuff moved there and will only be allowed entrance as you are called into the house. We are making every effort to put out as much stuff as possible and get it sold as quickly as possible. There is so much we could not even possible mention it all. I will change pictures as we unpack and set up stuff by tables. I have added some stuff that is already unpacked and lots is unpacked just not taken good pictures yet. They will be added and old ones moved out as we get set up good for pictures over the next week as I can. Some of the cabinets and one bedroom is shut off as some of the family uses the home. We picked the best located home to sell their wonderful things so you can now have a chance to enjoy as they have for over 40 years most of it. Tons has been packed up since the early 80's and you
will be the first to see it.

I will be adding pictures each day as we unpack. The house is stuffed to the max and boxes to the max. There is so much we hardly know where to begin. We have some furniture but not a lot. We chose to move the smalls first and furniture will be later with tons and tons more smalls. I can not tell you enough this is just a small sampling of what is to come.
Flow Blue lots and 2 parts of sets, flow blue cheese dishes 3, gaudy welsh lots, poly chrome flow blue,, sets or part sets of depression glass to include modertone, American sweetheart, cameo, poppy, cabbage rose amber, forest green, ruby red, Cambridge sets, shelley, majolica, cookie jar collections, 40, 50 and 60, fitz and Floyd beautiful chicken collection as well as other chickens huge liberty house sets and pieces, geshia girl lots, wedgewood lots, rare colors, black, pink, queesware wedgewood cups and sauces, beautiful large la belle fish set with large long platter and 12 plates beautiful, huge flow blue soup tureen and under plate, flow blue teapot, Losel flow blue which is beautiful, poppytrail pieces, lots and lots of star of david glassware, , old kitchen ware utinsels lots, enamel ware, ganaite ware, metal ware, special name baskets, red wing 10 ,12 crocks, different sizes of the old jug crocks, old metal gas can, a huge long ball and claw foot table and 6 chairs, a old houiser in good condition with sifter name is houiser made, a beautiful old wash stand with tile back and marble top, other furniture, furs, jewelry lots, lots of Victoria secrets gowns, robes etc, lots of name brand purses, lots. luggage, old linens, quilts, Christmas stuff, tons of hallmark old old ornaments and easter ones, clothes, shoes 100 plus pairs, and there is so much more I can not even start to mention. We will have out as much as possible. Most everything I have mentioned should be out for this sale as most is already out being priced and placed. There is so much more to unpack in the same kinds of glassware etc. It is just a labor of love to help with this sale and price the items. Please bear with us this is a huge task and we will do everything in our power to price things so you can buy and enjoy them in your collections. We will have one bedroom and some areas shut off in the kitchen as the family is still using the house and will continue to use it. We tried to pick the best location of all their homes to have the sale and we are doing our best. I will be adding and making correction as needed as I can and adding pictures as we set up and place stuff.
