There is a 13% Buyers Premium in effect for this auction. There is a 3% discount for cash or check. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards. You will be charged sales tax unless we have a current copy of your tax certificate on file. All items are sold as is where is so be sure that you inspect items carefully before you bid. Please bring the necessary items with you to secure your purchases such as boxes, wrapping paper, etc. We do not keep any on hand. All items must be removed from premises by the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. An additional pick up day may be announced at the time of the auction.

Join us for yet another onsite estate auction on Sunday April 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The preview for this auction begins at 12:30. This estate is so vast that we are actually beginning with a 2 day estate "tag" sale on Thursday April 16 at 8:00 a.m. and Friday April 17 at 8:00 a.m. There will be no early sales and the doors will not open before 8:00. Everything is FULL price on Thursday and 50% OFF on Friday. The items in this estate will be separated with some items being sold during the tag sale and some items that will be sold through the auction ONLY. The gallery on this website will be showing auction items as well as estate tag sale items. I will be doing separate listings for both sales so you know what are items are sold outright and what items will be auctioned.  We will be adding photos to the gallery as we process it in so keep an eye on estatesales.net
