Cypress Village 2 bedroom patio home. Home belonged to a gentleman who was a ghost artist for Batman in the early days. There are some Batman items but his family values his artwork highly and has made sure that it all stays in the family. There are a few sketches by him and some prints of some more recent artwork. But he was an artist so there are art supplies and some other eclectic goods. There are several stained glass lamps, furniture, art, and great vintage Schwinn Black Phantom Bike. Cute iron set...and yes, it is iron. You will need a friend or two to help you move. In really good condition, could use a pressure wash and fresh coat of paint.
