This sale is for the contents of a millwork shop, which was a family business for many years. Relocated to a building on private property, the owner is moving and must sell. The equipment, saws and tools used in the production of cabinets, furniture, and architectural elements will be sold. New hardware still in packages and boxes (steel and brass hinges, piano hinges, shelf brackets, drawer runners, drawer pulls, knobs, door stops, locks, etc.), table legs, wood and lucite dowels, thousands of nuts, bolts, screws, nails, tacks. Large supply of exotic wood. Mahogany, cherry, maple, cypress, cedar, ashe, teak, etc. Sheets of plywood. Smaller pieces of scrap wood. There is a 24" jig saw, circular saws, hand saws, hole saws, radial arm saw 16", mitre slide saw on wheels, mitre saw, 3' wood lathe, 24" metal lathe, drills, floor drill press, power screwdriver, planers, nail guns (need attention) and nails. Staple guns and staples. Wood carving tools. Sanders, metal grinder. Two angle cutters. Several pieces of vintage and antique machinery, including a foot pedal jigsaw. A few pieces of furniture, including an antique reed organ. Dozens of clamps for woodworking; small, medium, large up to 10'. If you need clamps, make yourself happy. Antique hand tools - planers, calipers, saws, etc.

John Deere Lawn tractor runs good, but transmission belt slips. That's Lynn-o in the photo, demonstrating how to drive it. Troy Bilt chipper/shredder. Weed eaters. Slate stones, garden cart, pine knots. Need paint? We have several partial five gallon and gallon buckets of paint. Stain.
Antique Singer sewing machine. There is a hand made folk art base fiddle! Wicker boudoir chair. Wooden and canvas cots from WWII. Vintage ping pong paddles, toss game, spinners, Aurora micro cars, a few household items. Four Copper car radiators from 1970's. Ladies European bike.

The custom home is also for sale. This property is located on the lakefront on Lake Walk In The Water. Enjoy the cool breeze off the lake while you shop.
The big coffee pot and treats will be set up under a tent by 7 am. The sale starts at 8 am sharp.
INVENTORY OF LARGER WOODWORKING EQUIPMENT
1) 36” Bandsaw of an unknown maker. Powered by a 1 ½ HP 3Ph motor driven by v-belts. Blades are 18’-0” long. Comes with about 6 blades 3/8” to 1” with mild rust, but never used.
2) 16” Powermatic thickness planer. Powered by a 5 HP 3 Ph motor driven by v-belts. Bed lowers to a maximum thickness of 6”. Comes with two sets of knives (3ea. per set) and a grinder to sharpen knives outside of the head.
3) 16” Jointer of unknown maker. Powered by a 5 HP 3 Ph direct drive motor. Bed is 8’ long. Comes with two sets of knives (4ea. per set) and a grinder to sharpen knives in the head.
4) Wood Lathe 18” diameter over the bed, and 8’ long between centers. Powered by a 1 HP 3 Ph motor driven by a v-belt. Speed can be varied by changing flat canvas belt on upper and lower cone shaped pulleys.
5) Single spindle Shaper w/1 1/8” shaft (righthand rotation). Comes with a four roller power feed. Also includes about 100 knive sets with wood pattern samples from former use in millwork shop. Includes 2 sets of ball bearing collars with safety heads for knives with slotted edges, and a few pieces of knife stock.
6) Oscillating edge sander w/6” x 120” belt. Two tables that both raise/lower and tilt. 1 HP (approx.) 3 Ph motor attached directly to the drive pulley for the sanding belt.
7) 3 phase inverter by Ronk capable of running up to 15 HP at one time.
8) Double spindle shaper by Baxter-Whitney w/1 ¼” shafts, and steadies for top of spindle when raised high in the air. This machine was never set up and used by me, but I purchased two 5 HP 3 Ph motors intended to be used on this machine.
