This is a CASH only Sale.
Doors Open At 8:30 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area, obeying all parking signs posted. Please respect the neighbors' yards, mailboxes and do not block driveways.
There may be hidden surveillance cameras on site.
No large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
Owner has the right to remove any items from the sale, even if advertised.
All items sold as-is and all sales are final, no returns and no exchanges.
If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
Bring help and your own equipment/tools to load large items. We do not have staff available to load purchases. We are not responsible for damages or accidents caused by improper loading.
