This was the home of a retired 30 year, USMC Sergeant who served both in the Korean and  Vietnam Wars and then worked for another 10 years for NASA- Security at Cape Canaveral. One of his jobs was in Space Shuttle recovery and he provided security and flew along inside the big jumbo jet which would frequently piggy back ride the shuttles back to Cape Canaveral after landings at other locations. His elderly widow who was a dedicated life partner most recently passed away. The home itself, is packed to the gills with everything imaginable and although currently difficult to move around in until we get it organized, is however very clean and free of mold or dust and there was no smoking or pets in this home.  The individual furnishings and wares themselves are in excellent state and so we give the contents of this home a 95% for both condition and resaleable rating.

Contents Synopsis:

* Fine dinning room, living room, den and bedroom furniture all in excellent condition. Of interest: A Fabulous and very expensive US Marine Corp Grandfather clock, a large display cabinet, a matching hutch, a fine dinning assembly, one small piece of mid century teak furniture and two Tiffany lamps. NOTE****The sofas and chairs were always covered with bed spreads or blankets and so show little to no signs of wear.**** There are also two large wooden storage chests, one in each of the bedrooms---one containing USMC uniforms, documents and old letters and the other holding a large quantity of ladies erotic negligee' style clothing all of which appear to be new or unused--some still in their original wrappers.

* All manner of clean kitchen wares, a complete quality dinning set by Noritake and a like new Maytag washer, dryer and refrigerator.

* A large assembly of small collectibles in the form of figurines, ceramics, glass and many wood carvings and some wall art. There are about 15 carved teak elephants and water buffalo.

* Personal clothing and accessories for ladies and men consisting of little used men's and woman's clothing including such items as a brand new and never worn Stetson Hat which is still in the original hat box, lots of new designer ladies hand bags--many still in wrappers--along with all manner of clothing and expensive bottles of perfumes. The lady liked to buy nice things but then apparently never used or opened many of her purchases.

*USMC and NASA:  Piles of Space Center memorabilia including old launch passes, crew photographs of space shuttle launches from the early 1980 s and several large framed launch site picture collages with all the ground crew signatures. Artifacts date back to Apollo 8 and include the moon landing, Apollo-Soyuz, Skylab and the Space Shuttle disaster and recovery. There is also commemorative  pins and medals from both NASA, space subcontractors and the US Marines, many personal photographs, old letters and documents and several complete USMC uniforms.

* Ladies costume jewelry with some sterling and small gold, men's tie tacks and cuff links, most of the latter bearing USMC and NASA themes. We are told that more jewelry and other objects of value are still hidden inside the home.

* Garden and hand tools inside a storage room.

* Cadillac Seville 1988: An Immaculate Garage kept, Light Blue, White Leather Interior, V-8 with only 25,000 miles! The vehicle has a clean engine, excellent paint, no rust and sports a clean interior with no worn or damaged leather upholstery. The car was well cared for and was last serviced this past March and was in fact still being driven to take the owner to church or medical appointments up until April of this year.

* There are also many, many other items of all descriptions and uses sitting or piled up all over the house with even more yet to be revealed which are currently packed inside  closets stuffed full of boxes and suitcases, all yet to be searched, and we will provide more photographs and information as these things are brought out, organized and displayed. The owner apparently liked to buy things which she subsequently often never opened or used and so this estate has many fine and unused items.

Check back for many more pictures to be added---Thanks.
