Cash, Check, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Cards (3.5% convenience fee for CC) are accepted.
Please bring help to load large or heavy items.
We will have no moving help the days of the sale. Please plan accordingly.
If needed we can have some help for pickup at a scheduled time and for a fee.
Pick up hours are flexible.
Delivery can be available for an additional fee.
Not responsible for accidents.
Please, no unattended children, strollers, or large bags.
This is a private home. Please treat it accordingly.
