We collect sales tax at our sales. A copy of your exempt tax certificate IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for all exempt sales. SATURDAY IS ALWAY 50% OFF. Packing and boxes are limited so please consider bringing your own boxes. Also, we will assist you with getting small items to your car. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING HEAVY ITEMS (more than 10 lbs). YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TRUCK AND MOVING HELP. Additionally, we do not sell over the phone or over the internet. If you wish to purchase items from our sale, you or your representative must attend the sale and inspect the item and purchase the item in person. Thank you for your understanding.

The first TWO (2) days (Monday & Tuesday) will be for the out buildings, autos and garage area ONLY.

WE WILL OPEN AT 7:00 AM AND CLOSE AT 1:00 PM ON MONDAY & TUESDAY ONLY

Wed, Thurs & Friday will be for the contents of the home and the remainder of the outside buildings - REGULAR HOURS 9-3

FINALLY:

We will be having an auction SATURDAY MORNING for the remaining items

There are two (2) very large out buildings, large double garage, deck & covered pad - MOST ITEMS IN THE OUT BUILDINGS WILL APPEAL TO CONTRACTORS, LAWN MASTERS & THE GENERAL HANDY GUY
