Numbered Cards with pertinent information regarding details of the sale will be distributed 30 minutes prior to the Estate Sale each day.
DUE TO THE HIGH QUALITY AND SENSITIVITY OF MANY DELICATE ITEMS AVAILABLE and at the Homeowner's and Client's request, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE RESIDENCE.
IN ADDITION, THE NUMBER OF GUESTS PERMITTED IN THE HOME WILL BE LIMITED AT ALL TIMES. Please arrive prepared for any and all weather conditions (water, sunscreen, umbrellas, etc)

Employees are not available for heavy lifting and moving, so please make prior arrangements, or speak with one of our associates for other arrangements.

All items sold "as is" and all sales are final, so please inspect all items thoroughly prior to purchase. Our Team works hard to hand inspect items for any flaws or damage, and bring our discoveries to the Buyer's attention, although there is always the possibility of mishandling during a sale or an oversight.
Last Estate Sale, we were under very strict time limits for sorting, staging and pricing due to a property closing.
We had a great turnout and thank everyone who attended and were so gracious with their positive comments about the quality of items, and the way in which they were showcased.
Many items you may have had the opportunity to view have experienced some "enticing price reductions" by our client and we have diligently been uncovering the remainder of her fabulous collection.
